The aim of my project is to produce a front page and double page spread of a local magazine aswell as a website with a minimum of 3 hyperlinked pages. Initially I was going to do a formal broadsheet newspaper informing readers of local news but i decided to change my mind and design and make a local newspaper for the youth of the local area telling them about local event and news that is relevant to them. I will be aiming my newspaper at student ranging between 16 and 21. I decided to do this because I feel I have more of an insight into what young people want to read about rather then older people who want factual information about current events.
